Shipping and Delivery
MV undertakes to fulfill each order within 2 business days following the order confirmation date. Processing times may vary during holidays or company closure periods. In such cases, MV nonetheless undertakes to fulfill every order within 24 business days starting from the business day after the day on which the Customer submitted the Order.
When the products are shipped, the Customer will be notified by email.
Customer Care is available to assist the Customer with the Order status and any delivery-related issues. However, the service may experience delays and/or interruptions during company closure periods.
Our partner couriers are DHL, Poste Italiane and Fedex.
Shipping costs
Delivery charges are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated in the Product Technical Sheet. The amount (including VAT) of such charges, which may vary depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer, as well as on the destination and the number and weight/volume of the Products the customer decides to purchase, will be expressly and separately indicated for each Product in the Product Technical Sheet and, in any case, before the customer submits the purchase order. This amount will also be stated in the "Order registration confirmation" and "Shipping confirmation" emails.
For delivery of Products in certain territorial areas, specifically indicated during the purchase process, payment of a surcharge ("remote area shipping surcharge") may be required, the exact amount of which will be clearly indicated during the purchase process and before the order is submitted.
Where applicable, customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of termination, for any reason, of the purchase contract. In any case, the amount due for customs charges and duties that are non-refundable in the event of termination of the purchase contract will be explicitly indicated during the purchase process before the customer submits the order.
Unless otherwise specified in the Order, flat-rate shipping charges will be billed to the Customer as follows:

Delivery times
The standard delivery service provides delivery in 3 to 5 business days. For the islands, delivery times may vary.
Express delivery service provides the delivery in 1/2 business days, barring unforeseen events.
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, barring unforeseen events.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipment acceptance
At the time of product delivery, the Customer must check the package before accepting it. Specifically, it is important to verify that:
- The packaging is intact, not damaged, and not altered.
- Any damage to the packaging and/or product must be reported immediately by adding the note “Accepted subject to inspection,” with an indication of the type of damage present, on the courier’s delivery note.
- Any issues must be reported to customer@valentinoshoes.com, within 7 days of delivery so that the necessary checks can be carried out.
If, in the event of evident damage upon delivery, the Customer accepts without adding a reservation on the delivery note, they will not be able to make claims against MV, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 9 regarding hidden defects.
In the event of non-delivery of the Products, or if the delivery note contains a report of missing and/or damaged items, MV will refund the Customer as soon as possible.
